I can’t say enough good things about Recon Tech Springfield — hands down the best in the business. They detailed two of our vehicles to showroom condition. The detailing was meticulous: paint looks flawless, interiors smell and feel brand-new, and every crease and cupholder was cleaned to perfection. Their tints are flawless, even, and professionally installed with zero bubbles. Their team is professional, communicative, and punctual. They explained each step, offered honest recommendations, and finished on time and on budget. Pricing was on point for the quality delivered exceptional value. If you want top-tier detailing or window tinting with attention to detail and outstanding customer service, Recon Tech Springfield is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I brought my 2023 Toyota Highlander in for detailing. While the interior looked great, the next day we noticed numerous fine scratches across the exterior that were not there before. When we returned to the business to address our concerns, the owner was nasty and confrontational and immediately dismissed the issue, blaming an automatic car wash, which was not the cause. We took the vehicle to a local auto body shop for an independent opinion. This auto body shop frequently refers clients to Recon Tech, but after seeing the damage on our vehicle, the owner stated he could no longer, in good conscience, continue referring customers to this business. We gave Recon Tech the opportunity to make things right, but the

Derek and his team are easy to compliment and recommend. You can tell they pay attention to details when detailing your vehicle. Their cleaning products are also great. Go in and grab some car care products to keep stocked at home. I always keep a bottle of Renew car wash and ‘Slick n Wet’ to keep a nice shine on my family’s vehicles. Two large thumbs up from me!

Paid $950 for oxidation removal, mold removal on trim and wax of an RV. Missed over 1/3 of oxidation removal, did not remove any of the mold on the trim. Stated he couldn't see any problems from the photos I sent him, photos attached, I would need to bring it back to the shop after them having if for 2 days and them letting it leave the shop looking like this. Stated he would give a partial refund and then later refused.
